Cancellation Policy:

Your appointments are very important to us, we hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, you please provide us with a minimum of 72 hours notice. This way, we can adjust our schedules accordingly and may be able to accommodate another guest who can fill the spot. we do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues do arise and will do our best to work with you. However, if last minute cancellations and “No Shows” do occur, you will be charged a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service depending on the amount of time booked and the service being provided. A deposit is required when booking for all new clients which is completely non-refundable, no exceptions.

As a courtesy, we do send out text message/email reminders at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any fees. You’re welcome to call or text anytime to double check any appointments if you are unsure. *Please note, when booking your appointment online, you are required to add a form of payment to hold your appointment spot which will be saved on file. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you give Square consent to charge your card under your stylist’s discretion if you so happen to “No Show” or cancel last minute.
